Josefine Weekey: Do the school. Illinois has a stepped license system- light motorcycle under 150cc and full motorcycle over 150cc. You would be restricted to under 150cc at least a year since you're under 21 or 18. I got Illinois motorcycle license after being grandfathered in from regular license and showing proof of previous motorcycle riding- the old speeding tickets on T500 Titan came in handy.
