Adrian Sherlin: The defendant is consider innocent until proven guilty. Check with the California Department of Real Estate website and see if the agent's license has been revoked or suspended. If it shows active the agent can continue to practice real estate in California.
Idell Dufort: Until a real estate license has been revoked or there's been a suspension, the agent can continue to practice as s/he does hold a license.
