Beer Bread?

Cordia Fivecoat: Okay, made a mistake. I meant to say that says "not light beer" on it?

Jeremy Donohue: As the product is cooked the alcohol content is irrelavent. Usually a light beer in this instance means the colour of the beer as opposed to heavier stouts which are dark brown in colour.

Kaley Lappas: It really does NOT make a difference. You can also use soda's to make the beer bread. I know a woman who used 12 ounces of apple cider in place of beer, she said it turned out great, but I didn't taste it.

Johnnie Pummill: I've used light beer in beer bread and it tasted great.
