As long as your grades are good, you've done extracurricular activities that enhance your medical background and show that you have a demonstrated interest in medicine, AND your MCAT scores are good, the 2 years of gen ed at the community college will be very much a non-! issue. What matters at application is the kind of person you are at the time.
