Paul Maymi: Benefits in the Healthy Families Dental program are determined not by Delta Dental, which is just one of several administrators in Healthy Families, but by the State of California, and more specifically the Managed Risk Medical Review Board. The Healthy Families dental program only covers orthodontia through another state program, California Childrens Services (CCS) and only for specific children with specific medical conditions and disabilities.
