Rick Duchane: Craigslist is a good way to get the word out about your daycare. I would also recommend putting an advertisement in your local newspaper (one print ad and one ad in the classified section), put up signs around your community at the library, grocery store, etc...., call local head start centers or family resource centers and ask to advertise with them (they don't always let you, but it's worth a call). The best way is always word of mouth. Get a few good families in there, give them great service, and you'll keep getting recommendations....Show more
Torrie Weissenbach: Are you located in Canada? If so, there are other daycare sites that you can use to advertise your daycare. GoDaycare.com offers advertising to child care providers free of charge.
Hipolito Rightmire: See if every person does menu/placemat merchandising on your section. it is greater desirable than the newspaper or phonebook & many times purely costs $one hundred-3 hundred for a thr! ee or 4 month era. Google it & see in case you will stumble on somebody on your section. sturdy success with your corporation. ^^
Darrin Hixenbaugh: Great ideas above. I would only add seeing if you can post in clinics and/or pediatrician's offices. Ask if you can post in schools in your neighborhood (they sometimes have bulletin boards with information for parents). Also, if your community has a community league newsletter, you could run an ad in that.
